The hotel is in a fantastic location. Ten minute walk from Euston station, and a 2 min walk to the Russell Square tube station. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Huge choice of foods, both cooked and continental breakfast. Breakfast room was always busy, but everything was kept topped up, even when going in towards the end. The reception area is spotless and very welcoming. There are 2 lovely resturants/bar areas within the hotel too. The hotel is very busy, but staff work hard to keep things ticking over.

Hotel near the British Museum with two nearby subway stations, Russell Square and Euston. For those coming from Stansted, I recommend taking the express to Tottenham Hale. The area is served by restaurants and many shops, and the hotel is adjacent to the university. It has many very clean and fairly spacious rooms, as well as bathrooms that are large by London standards. I really appreciated the presence of a pub just below the hotel and a café. Despite this, I wouldn’t stay here again a second time.

I am normally disappointed when I stay in London and when I read some reviews of the RNH I was expecting more of the same but it exceeded my expectations. It isn't a luxury hotel. There isn't a sauna in the basement or a rooftop swimming pool but my room (standard double) was spacious and clean, the bathroom was actually big enough that you had to step from the shower to the wash basin rather than having to shuffle around in a confined space.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in London! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was spotless, and I was thrilled to be placed in the newly renovated wing. The hotel exceeded by surprising one of my friends with a bottle of wine and a fun towel cake for her birthday—a gesture that made our stay memorable. It is of great value for money and has an excellent location, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Property was centrally located meaning we could easily walk to west end and King’s Cross / Euston also within easy walk of Russell Square Tube. We were able to check in early. Process was quick. Room was a twin and it was clean and modern. Lift luggage facility was also used on day we checked out and bags were stored carefully and were easily accessible at the end of the day.
