It was our second stay in this hotel, this time in high season. All was good, I recommend the chinese restaurant around the corner (same building). The only downside of the high season stay was that you needed to "hunt" for a safe locker as they were all taken (lockers are by the lifts) - alternative is to store your valuables with the reception. Please note it is NO CASH place, we also had issues with paying with Google wallet app, but it finally worked. We stayed in triple and double rooms that we good size (for London :)), there are soaps in the bathroom and tea/coffee set in the room. The hotel is very well located and has very good brakfast. Note the this place is HUGE in terms of no. of rooms.

Absolutely amazing hotel with welcoming staff, very clean rooms and excellent location. We stayed at the deluxe room which has been recently renovated - everything was new and comfortable. For those of you who are looking for an hotel with tons of facilities, you won’t find it here. But, if you want to spend your time in some fancy hotel facilities, do me a personal favor and travel to Cyprus or Greece. London has so much to offer that you’ll barely spend any time at the hotel.

The hotel was nice. Its a very large hotel though, and must be fairly cheap as there were a lot of school kids staying there. I've stayed at a lot of hostels around the world, and it gave me very good hostel feels but I can't explain why. Was a great place to stay with it being a short walk to Russel Square tube station and or a short walk to the British Museum. Was even an easy walk of a morning down to the Thames.

the breakfast at the hotel was good. I like the variety of food options and the way way the hotel handled the large number of people going for breakfast at once was very efficient. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to be able to open the window for fresh air. I appreciated that this hotel had a triple room with individual beds.

Great location, easy to get to all the sights. Rooms were compact and basic but very clean and the beds were really comfy. Handy to have bars and restaurants on site. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. 5 star service everywhere, from reception to the concierges in the foyers and all the staff in the restaurants.
